MANUAL PROBE HEADS

MH20i

MH20i is a manually adjustable probe heads that combines the TP20 kinematic stylus module mount with two axis indexing. The A-axis rotates through ±180° in the X-Y plane. The B-axis rotates through 90° in the Z plane. A lever locks the head in one of up to 168 repeatable positions, set at 15° increments.

MH20

MH20 is a manually adjustable probe head with an integral TP20 kinematic stylus module mount. The A-axis rotates through 315° in the X-Y plane. The B-axis rotates through 93° in the Z plane. A thumbwheel locks the swivel in any position within the movement envelope of the head.

MH8

The MH8 is a manual indexing probe head with an M8 thread probe connection.MH8 is designed for use on small manual CMMs, and can carry any of Renishaw's M8 probes and the reach can be extended by fitting a 50 mm probe extension bar.

MIH

The manually indexable head (MIH) is positionally repeatable in 720 positions and features an autojoint probe mount for fast, repeatable probe changing. This ensures compatiblity with most Renishaw probes except multiwire.

PH6M

The PH6M is a fixed head with autojoint connector for probes and adaptors, which is compatible with multiwired probes TP7M, OTP6M and SP600M, as well as the complete Renishaw probe range through the use of the PA series of adaptors.

MOTORISED PROBE HEADS

PH10M

The PH10M can carry long extension bars and complex probes such as SP25M or TP7M. The highly repeatable autojoint allows rapid probe or extension bar changing without the need for re-qualification.

PH10MQ

The PH10MQ is a variant of the PH10M that allows the motorised head to be attached directly to the quill with the B axis of the head inside the quill itself. This option provides a neater and shorter probe mount, with only the A axis protruding from the quill.

PH10T

The PH10T is similar to the PH10M, except that it features an M8 thread probe mount in place of the autojoint. All M8 threaded probes, such as TP20 and TP200, and extension bars fit directly onto the head. The PH10T is fully compatible with all of Renishaw's stylus and module change systems.

TOUCH TRIGGER PROBE

Touch-trigger probes measure discrete points, making them ideal for inspection of 3-dimensional geometric parts.

TP20

Compact module changing touch-trigger probe, which allows the use of a range of stylus configurations and extensions to access features on complex parts. Stylus Range –M2

TP200

A compact, module-changing probe that uses strain-gauge mechanisms for higher accuracy and longer life than kinematic touch-trigger probes. Stylus reach of up to 100 mm (GF styli) Stylus Range –M2.

SCANNING PROBING SYSTEM

Scanning probes are miniature measuring machines that can acquire several hundred surface points each second, enabling measurement of form as well as size and position. Scanning probes can also be used to acquire discrete points in a similar way to touch-trigger probes. A range of solutions is available, suitable for all sizes and configurations of CMM.

SP25M

At only 25 mm in diameter, and with a range of scanning and touch-trigger modules, the SP25M is the world's most compact and versatile scanning probe. The SP25M comprises two sensors in a single housing. Users can switch between a choice of four scanning modules (which can carry M3 styli with lengths from 20 mm to 400 mm) and an adaptor module that is compatible with Renishaw's TP20 range of probe modules. This capability enables scanning and touch-trigger probing in a single probe system.

SP80

The SP80 and SP80H quill-mounted scanning probes provide class-leading scanning performance, as well as the most flexible use of long styli for maximum productivity. The SP80 mounts to standard vertical quills and can carry styli up to 500 mm long and 500 g mass, including star configurations. Whereas the SP80H mounts to a horizontal quill and can carry styli up to 200 mm long and 500 g mass, including star configurations.

REVO

REVO is the first in a range of revolutionary products to offer 5-axis measurement capability and is designed to maximise CMM throughput whilst maintaining high system accuracy.

REVO uses synchronised motion and Renscan5™ measurement technology to minimise the dynamic effects of CMM motion at ultra high measurement speeds. This is achieved by letting the REVO head do the fast demanding motion while the CMM moves in a linear slow fashion.

The use of a flexible tip sensing probe system further adds to the systems' accuracy and flexibility. The removable probe system, used in conjunction with a low cost changer, provides added system flexibility.

NON CONTACT SCANNING PROBE

PERCEPTRON

Laser non Contact scanning probe for accurately capturing complex geometries at the rate of 23000 points per second. A fter scanning the part the resulting point cloud can be used in all major software packages for inspection, reverse engineering , prototyping, virtual assembly and advanced analaysis
