Our Third Party Inspection (TPI) team stationed at SKF Pune, achieved ‘ZERO PARTS PER MILLION’ for Toyota Kirloskar Auto Parts from July to January 2012.

An incredible feat considering that on average every month, 1.30 lakh parts are inspected !!

Team TPI achieved this resounding success by:-

Maintaining 5 ‘S’ system

Following Inspection processes as per our standard system.

Frequent doc audits conducted by Supervisors. Soon after receipt of audit results, they gave training to concerned Inspectors.

Inspector alertness

Motivation from project leader and back office inspectors

Proper communication with SKF for resolving problems related to a particular activity
