ACCUCAM - CNC Camshaft Measuring Machine

Accurate has successfully designed and manufactured a CNC Cam Measuring machine ACCUCAM and delivered and satisfactorily installed at M/s BEML, Mysore.

The Salient Features of the ACCUCAM are as below:

	PC Based Fully CNC version for Cam Shaft Measurement.
	Complete Measurement of Journal & Cam Profile as well as linear measurements with Precision Contact & Camera system.
	Computation of Eccentricity of Gauge & Part, evaluation of Angular position listings for all lobe tip angles w. r. t. Camshaft Keyway.
	Complete Cam lobe measurement, graphical display & analysis of Lift, Velocity & Acceleration.
	Comparison of measured data & design lift data profiles in graphic & numeric modes.
	Measurement of Cam lobe geometrical parameters such as Taper , Straightness, Parallelism etc & shows graphical representation of Straightness & Parallelism.
	Complete Journal measurement, gives Maximum, Minimum, Measured diameter & geometrical parameters such as Roundness, Run out, Taper , Straightness, Parallelism etc & shows graphical representation of Straightness & Parallelism.
	All the measurements are carried out in single set up.
