About Us

Accurate operates through 4 focused business units to deliver various solutions in the field of Metrology:

Accurate Gauging and Instruments for manufacture and supply of standard as well as customer specific special 3D Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for prismatic parts, body-in-white production lines, measurement of jigs, fixtures and other engineering components.

Accurate Engineering Company for Auto Gauging Stations, Air Gauges, Third Party Inspection services and NABL accredited Calibration services.

Aditya Engineering Company for Standard Room products, Calibration masters, Measuring tools and Tool pre-setters.

Accurate Sales and Services for products from local and overseas partners.

Apart from various standards that are required for calibration of CMMs, we use laser interferometer and step gauges for the evaluation of CMM. Our acquisition of the manufacturing facility of M/s Poli Spa, Italy facilitates production of large parts required for CMMs.

The plant manufactures Bridge type, Horizontal arm and Gantry type CMMs.

In our temperature controlled facility in Plant-I, CMMs are assembled and tested for performance according to stringent International Standards. With skills developed over the last 15 years the machines assembled here are now exported to our prestigious partner’s world over. The facility is ISO 9001:2008 Certified.

Custom gauging facility at Plant–II caters to design and manufacturing of Automated Multi Gauging Systems, Electronic Air Gauging and special gauging for on-the-shop measuring solutions. With integrated facility from heat treatment, stabilizing to hard chrome plating, the plant is able to offer proven solutions for high volume manufacturing.

In Plant-III, we house one of the best facilities for manufacturing Standard Room products, Measuring machines, Calibration masters and high precision steel gauge blocks.

We have a network of 9 regional offices and 7 service centers spread across India. Through these offices we offer a package of measuring services such as Calibration, Third Party Inspection and Turnkey Projects, which includes loading and unloading systems, environmental and CMM Rooms. We have highly skilled and trained manpower capable of meeting any linear measurement solutions.
